APPOINTMENTS

 

 

Where can I have my services rendered?

 

We provide on site hair services (home, office, hotel or at your next event).

 

How do I prepare for an appointment?

 

To expedite a wash & blowout appointment, we ask that all clients be ready with wet hair when the stylist arrives. For custom wig (delivery) and clip in (measurement or application), please have freshly washed and dried hair for our stylist to work with. Your stylist will also evaluate your products to ensure you are using the best products for your hair.

 

How long is the appointment?

 

All of our services include a consultation at the beginning of the appointment. Appointment length differs depending on the service, length and texture of hair.

 

Can I book with a stylist directly?

 

We do not permit our stylist to solicit ellextensions clients independently. It is a company policy to terminate services for clients who attempt to secure the services of our stylists outside ellextensions.

 

Can I request a service not listed?

 

Of course! Please contact us for additional services.

 

What if I'm not happy with the services rendered?

 

We are confident that you will love your new style. but if you are not satisfied with any part of the service please contact us immediately.

 

Do I have to provide styling tools or products for my appointment?

 

Unless you have specific products you love, our stylist are prepared with professional hair care products and all tools needed to render  the service(s) requested.
