  How can I guarantee my rental unit has been sanitized?

We take the sterilization of our rental units seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure each unit is properly cleaned using a 3 step sterilization method.

 

 

How and when will I receive my rental?

All rentals are shipped via UPS. We use overnight shipping which is guaranteed for delivery (on the start date of your rental) by 12:00 pm or 3:00 pm. A signature is always required.

How do I return my rental?

Your rental unit must be placed in the mail the day after your rental duration has ended via UPS. Please return your rental using the pre-paid self addressed envelope accompanied with your order.

How do I know what size wig will fit me?

What if I decide to purchase a wig that I've previously rented?

If you love the wig you rent and decide you want one of your very own contact us for further instruction. We'll credit the cost of your last rental towards the cost of your new unit within 90 days of the rental.

What if an item I reserved online is not available for my rental period?

If an item is unavailable we will notify you immediately and with alternative options.
