US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping Costs (via USPS):
Free Shipping: Offer applies to U.S. Domestic Ground Shipping only. Order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $250 after any applicable discounts, but before taxes, to qualify.
Ground: 5-7 Business Days $15.00
3-Day: 3 Business Days (Ground Service) $20.00
2-Day: 2 Business Days (Air Service) $30.00
ALL shipments require a signed signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at doorsteps or mailboxes.
Shipping Delays
ELLEXTENSIONS is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct upon checkout. ELLEXTENSIONS is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the shipping company.
You will be contacted the following business day (Monday - Friday) if there are any delays with your order.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee UPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
USPS (United States Postal Service) – $45 Delivery takes 4-7 business days.
Fed-Ex International – $65 Delivery takes 3-4 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ( Extensions and Lace Toppers)
Ellextensions is committed to customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality assurance, and our hair goes through a rigorous process to ensure you receive the best quality product possible. All Ellextensions orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
From time to time, Ellextensions, at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) with the exception of Wigs under the following conditions.
We accept return(s) within 30 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 30 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return.
Please email info@ellextensions.com. Client Care will send a pre-paid shipping label for your item(s) to be returned.
In return package please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice.
Merchandise must be in original condition. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way.
Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.
Bundle Deals cannot be separated into individual units to be return.
Once your item(s) have been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Your refund should appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days; subject to your bank’s processing time.
